IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist

We are looking for an IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist to manage device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and employee IT experience. The role involves working with the IT Community and contributing to build projects that reduce operational toil. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of IT operations experience, device management, SaaS administration, and basic identity & access management skills. The role requires a collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work well with teammates and other communities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years IT operations experience (or strong internship/student association background in a tech environment)
• Device management (MDM — ideally Kandji, Jamf, or Intune)
• SaaS administration
• Basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
• macOS fluency: Comfortable troubleshooting macOS at scale
• Operational reflexes: Can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
• Documentation mindset: Writes clear, structured documentation
