As a HR Operating Model Specialist, you'll be right at the heart of these programmes.

This is a pure consulting role, you'll go into client environments, assess where things are going wrong, and design pragmatic, data-led solutions.

You'll be reviewing end-to-end HR processes, shaping operating models, and helping clients get more from their people and technology. Expect to work across cutting-edge areas including product teams, data science, and wider transformation initiatives.

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Strong communication is key here, you'll be working closely with senior stakeholders, leading discussions, and influencing decision-making. You'll also play a part in business growth, supporting proposals and helping expand the offering.

Ideally, you'll come from a consulting or contractor background with strong HR transformation or operating model experience. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a tangible impact within client organisations.

In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £85K plus £8K bonus.

The role is primarily remote, with travel to clients as needed and just one day per month in the office (Glasgow, London, Manchester, or Newcastle).
