The proliferation of corporate card spending by employees across an organization has left accounting and finance teams scrambling to collect documentation and transaction details, and to ensure compliance with expense policies. At the same time, legacy accounts payable software fails to capture this spending. The result is an array of siloed systems and manual workflows to manage requests, approvals, payments, and reconciliation for card spend, purchase orders, and reimbursements.
