About the role:
The Implementation Specialist is a key part of our professional services team helping customers get up and running on the Airbase platform. They will work closely with the Solutions Consultant to advise the customer, technically integrate the solution for that customer.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customer stakeholders to technically set up Airbase.
- Advise customers on how best to integrate Airbase into their ERP and bank accounts.
- Advise customers on how to best optimize their payments mix.
- Advise customers on how best to integrate Airbase into their HRIS, ticketing, SSO, CLM, and other procurement tools.
- Design and document the integration and spend workflow architecture considering the customer’s requirements around SOX compliance and employee experience.
- Unit test and help UAT the configuration with the customer.
- Guide customer through their month end close.
- Work with customer stakeholders and Customer Success to add subsidiaries and workflows as needed to unlock further customer value.
- Provide periodic status reports to your manager and/or client.
- Provide accurate estimations and timelines of work performed.
- Collaborate with the product team to steer and provide ongoing feedback to continually improve the Airbase product.
- Continuously improve the post-sales processes to help our customers accelerate the time to value.
- Mentor and enable other newer team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Project Management involving implementations of software systems.
- Experience working integrating systems with ERP or external audit/internal audit/procurement/GL accounting professional experience.
- Experience working integrating or implementing systems such as P2P, HRIS, ticketing, SSO, CLM.
- Integration coding experience is beneficial but not required.
- Accounting reconciliation experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.
- A continual learner and open to learning new technologies that Airbase may roll out in the future.
- Fantastic communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
