Job Description
This job function supports the Field Action activities across all businesses in Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs (GQRA)
Job Responsibilities:
Support of Field action activities from planning to execution, by preparation of distribution lists, preparation and sending out notifications, follow up on the replies from the customers, updating customer tracking sheets via Excel
Timely communication with the stakeholders
Support case submission, archiving, trending, metrics, and overviews.
Register and archive cases and documents on SharePoint and in Agile
Work with the shared mailbox and monitor the incoming emails
Support management activities
Take notes and track actions at the meetings
Diverse ad hoc administrative tasks
Ensure all working relationships follow Agilent Technologies Standards of Business Conduct.
The length of the work period is a maximum of 10 months; no academic credit is received.
The position requires a commitment of 20 hours weekly during business hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. PST.
May return to Agilent for a subsequent assignment
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program, with a focus in a scientific discipline
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
Must possess effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
The intern pay rate for this position is $17.06 - $19.08/hour, plus eligibility for paid holidays and medical
benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is
determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
