Job Description
We are seeking a Lab Efficiency Specialist to deliver workflow consultancy across the United States, with a primary focus on the East Coast. This role supports the Americas Field Organization Healthcare Diagnostics team in their mission to protect and expand existing partnerships while contributing to the development of new ones.
You will work closely with clinical laboratories to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and design optimized solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and prepare labs for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site workflow assessments to evaluate current state operations.
Provide remote/virtual workflow consultations for clients.
Analyze instrument run-log data and recorded operational metrics.
Deliver customer presentations highlighting observations and proposed solutions.
Design 2-D and 3-D laboratory layouts to optimize space and workflow.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
4+ years of relevant experience in clinical workflow optimization.
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and certification strongly preferred.
Experience in clinical diagnostic technical support is an asset.
