We are currently looking for a Field Service Application Engineer - LC-MS (FSAE) to join the Nordics & Benelux Regional Customer Support Organization (CSO). In this role, you will support our customers by providing application support and demonstrating our instrumentation and analytical workflows to our clients across the Nordic and Benelux countries.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Communicate and position the results to customers through presentations, scientific conferences, seminars, workshops, digital content generation and user meetings
    • Provide your application and market expertise at every level of the value chain, by working closely with product managers, marketing managers, sales teams, customer support and opinion leaders
    • Maintain and expand your expertise including the latest scientific findings, market and technology trends, industry benchmarks, regulations and positioning of the competition
    • Work closely with the pre-sales team, to ensure our customer promises will match our customer expectations
    • As the Regional Nordics and Benelux FSAE you will deliver internal trainings/workshops and mentoring related to main standardized applications, to other CSO members developing their applications/workflow capabilities

The role is primarily remote, with frequent travel to customer sites across the Nordics and Benelux regions and can be based in any of the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, or Finland. Ideally, the candidate will be located near an international airport to support travel needs.
Following an initial onboarding period to become familiar with our processes and a progressive training phase to develop the necessary technical and application skills, the role is expected to involve an approximate 50/50 split between remote and on-site activities.
