This role focuses on managing and optimizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, including Sites and Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionalities. It ensures seamless performance, digital asset governance, and exceptional digital experience delivery.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in Business, Analytics, or Digital Product Management, with project/program management experience.
- Proven expertise with AEM (Sites and DAM), including metadata standards, taxonomy, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Experience with AEM-specific development and customization, such as templates, components, and workflows.
- Background in training and change management for platform adoption and governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with AEM customization, front-end/back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java preferred), and Adobe product integrations (e.g., Analytics, Target).
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
