The AI Intern will support the lifecycle management, optimization, testing, and adoption of functional chatbots owned by the UOT organization. This role bridges technical bot functionality with business adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write crisp summaries for non-technical leaders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and prompt behavior (why outputs vary, how prompts shape responses).
  • Ability to create structured test cases, document issues, and manage a backlog with discipline.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Sheets/Excel and basic reporting.
