Overview

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with engineers and scientists to fine-tune open-source and hosted LLM models for specific industry applications in customer experience.
• Assisting with data collection and preparation, ensuring that models are trained on high-quality, relevant datasets.
• Evaluating LLM performance through rigorous testing and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
• Documenting your findings and learnings clearly and concisely, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities

To be successful, you should:

• Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Possess strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in AI/ML and its potential applications.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
