This role will own and evolve our marketing website as a core growth platform. This role oversees all aspects of the website – from roadmap planning and sprint execution to cross-functional delivery, analytics, and ongoing optimization.
This role is accountable for how the website works, ships, and performs –not just how it looks or experiments. You’ll act as the central point of coordination for developers and stakeholders, ensuring the website supports acquisition, conversion, and broader business objectives while remaining scalable and operationally sound. You’ll report directly to the Director of Performance Marketing.
What You'll Do
- You’ll own the website roadmap, aligning priorities with Performance Marketing and business goals
- You’ll lead sprint planning, backlog management, and predictable delivery with the web development team
- You’ll coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and other partners
- You’ll support Paid Media by building and optimizing conversion-focused landing pages
- You’ll partner on UX improvements grounded in user journey and information architecture best practices
- You’ll establish scalable processes for web planning, experimentation, and reporting
- You’ll deliver actionable insights through analytics, funnel monitoring, and experiment reviews
- You’ll enable thoughtful experimentation across web experiences (A/B, personalization, multivariate)
What You'll Bring
- You have 5+ years of experience owning or leading a high-impact website, web platform, or digital product in a B2B SaaS or growth-focused environment, ideally managing a team
- Experience managing a small team working toward shared goals and outcomes
- Strong experience working with development teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery coordination
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, design, engineering, and leadership
- Solid understanding of website performance, analytics, and optimization fundamentals (CRO experience is a plus, but not the core focus)
- Experience supporting paid media funnels and landing page optimization
- Ability to translate business goals into clear priorities and tradeoffs
- Comfort working closely with developers without being hands-on—able to unblock progress and drive accountability
- A pragmatic, product-minded approach: focused on outcomes, learning, and continuous improvement
- Bonus: familiarity with headless CMS platforms, SEO best practices, or experimentation tools
