You’ll own the systems, data flows, and processes that fuel our top-of-funnel engine. You will design and optimize the prospect journey, ensuring our programs are measurable, automated, technically sound, and aligned with business objectives.
As a GTM Systems Manager, you will:
- Operationalize our go-to-market strategy into scalable workflows, lifecycle programs, and technical infrastructure.
- Build and optimize automated journeys, nurture programs, and segmentation to improve engagement, activation, and conversion.
- Run structured experiments across the funnel to generate insights and improve performance.
- Own and enhance HubSpot architecture, including workflows, scoring models, lifecycle stages, routing logic, and data syncs.
- Strengthen lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and data quality to improve speed-to-lead and pipeline efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing and Data on event tracking, API integrations, data models, and system governance.
- Partner with Sales and CX Ops to diagnose and resolve technical issues across GTM systems, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable automation.
- Support leadership with insights, performance analysis, and quarterly planning.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years in Marketing or Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering.
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot across automation, lifecycle, data workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with tools such as UnifyGTM, Clay, Intercom, Segment, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, conversion tracking, and data enrichment tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, PLG activation, scoring models, and routing logic.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
- Experience with experimentation, data quality, governance, and segmentation.
- Strong project management and communication skills with a proactive and systems-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with SPICED, the Bowtie Model, or account-based marketing is an asset.
