Join the team at Agency Services, a leading marketing agency specializing in driving results for our clients. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Full Cycle Sales Development Representative.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our sales process by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and nurturing prospects through the entire sales cycle. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

As a Full Cycle Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate the value of our marketing services to them. You will use a combination of phone calls, emails, and social media outreach to establish and maintain relationships with prospects.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, build a robust sales pipeline, and effectively qualify and move leads through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs
  • Educate prospects on the value of our marketing services and solutions
  • Nurture and build relationships with leads to move them through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM
  • Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Prior experience in full cycle sales development or related sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with prospects
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot and Apollo)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies
