Provide technical support for Adobe Acrobat Sign product, respond to customer inquiries, escalate critical issues, and work with QA and Engineering teams to resolve customer issues. Develop stakeholder relations and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in technical support role
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Acrobat Sign product
- Previous development/programming experience (Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX, REST full web services)
- Knowledge of Salesforce API, Force application, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with enterprise application integration, including SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL environments
