As aleader in ourhealthcare practice,you will partner withAdobe’s largest, most strategic payor and provider customers.You’llleverageindustryexpertiseanddemonstratedexperience withdigitalsolutionstoadvise on thevalueoftechnologyinacceleratingkeybusiness priorities. You will collaborate withinternal and externalexperts with experience from leading consulting&technologycompanies to conduct analyses, develop insights, and deliver impactful recommendations. You will advise industry executives andutilizeyour experience to become a trusted advisor to clients, serving as a thought leader on trends, digital innovation, and use cases for Adobe technology. In addition toyourwork withleading healthcare brands, you will helpshape Adobe’sindustryvision anddevelop accompanying strategiestodrive revenue growth.
What you need to succeed
Extensive knowledge ofthehealthcareindustry, having worked at or consulted leading payor &/or provider organization(s)
Deep understanding ofkey industry trends, business issues, strategicpriorities, challenges, & opportunities withinhealthcare companies(e.g., Marketing/ Media, Sales, Digital, IT)
Understanding of digital customer engagement &high-levelmarketing technologycapabilitiesand concepts; Ability to articulate business value of digital experience & marketing technology investments
Ability topartnerwith Sales leaders tocollaborate on creation ofaccount-level & sales opportunity-level strategies & plansto drive results for customers & Adobe
Proventrack recordofdriving alignment withhealthcareclient executivesaround business transformationvision, strategy,roadmap& investment

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,900 -- $271,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $168,100 - $243,400At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
