Project Delivery Analyst (EU based)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere else in Poland, or based anywhere in the EU, you'll collaborate with experienced teams in the public safety and security sector, contributing to projects that support operational improvements, structured delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assisting in project design, workstream planning, and day-to-day coordination.
• Preparing project documentation, status reports, risk logs, and delivery plans.
• Supporting senior consultants with functional analysis and operational insights.
• Conducting research and gathering information from stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Participating in client meetings and contributing to solution discussions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is an advantage.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, analysis, or operational roles.
• English proficiency at B2-C1.
• One of the following certifications: PRINCE2, PMI, Change Management, or IALEIA Basic Analyst (or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of operational processes and ability to work hands-on with project teams.
• Experience in at least one relevant domain is a plus (e.g., law enforcement, security, intelligence, border management).
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a structured project environment.
