Canada onlyAs an Engineering Manager within our Application Engineering teams, you will be pivotal in leading a group of 5-8 engineers to elevate our automated resolution systems. This position is integral in ensuring our engineering efforts align seamlessly with our product visions, helping customers enhance the performance of their AI Agents and contributing to our underlying technological advancement. Your leadership will drive the development and integration of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic customer base, contributing directly to our goal of expanding our generative client portfolio.
About You
- You possess a robust product engineering mindset with a keen sense of prioritization, balancing speed and technical excellence.
- Familiarity with Python, Javascript, Kafka, MongoDB, DynamoDB, AWS systems and technologies or comparable stack
- With 5+ years of experience managing and scaling engineering teams, you thrive in coaching and mentoring engineers to achieve excellence.
- You demonstrate a strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various levels of stakeholders.
- With a customer-obsessed approach, you are dedicated to delivering superior experiences and innovative solutions.
- Proficient in driving projects integrating complex systems and multiple technology stacks, you excel in environments requiring high adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agile development environments, ensuring that your teams deliver on time and with a high level of quality
- Knowledgeable in modern software practices and tools, ideally with experience in AI technologies, knowledge systems and data pipelines
- Prior experience building data pipelines and interfaces for reporting systems
- Experience building APIs and knowledge of external LLMs

- Deliver an enhanced dashboard experience that empowers customers to understand how their AI Agent is performing and where they can provide more coaching or new capabilities.
- Lead projects focusing on the measurement of our core metric, Automated Resolutions.
- Lead projects focusing on ingestion and reporting of data from a diverse range of sources to enhance the accuracy and supporting metrics.
- Lead the delivery of our data strategy aligned with our technical direction.

The expected salary range for this position is $166,962 to $225,505 CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
