Sr. Audience Activation Specialist

What you will do:

• Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Advise on targeting strategies to ensure the right audience is reached effectively.
• Run counts and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Explore and test various options to maximize marketing spend and improve ROI.
• Drive advanced segmentation to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the email team to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and data analytics.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven experience in data analysis and segmentation strategy within an email marketing context
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in optimizing marketing spend and increasing conversion rates through data-driven strategies
• Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of productivity tools such as MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as collaboration and project management tools
• Great team player, know when to lead and when to follow
