Key Responsibilities:
Client/ ProspectEngagement andProduct Consulting:
Utilize in-depth product knowledge to supportdata & identitysales efforts, including pricing, product presentations, solution recommendations, and proposal creation tailored to address client/ prospectneeds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams todetermineclient /prospectsolutions.
Provide consultation and expertiseto internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the positioning of our products and services as superior solutions.
Strategic Alignment:
Understand the broader Acxiomandagencystrategiesand how individual contributions align with organizational goals.
Proactivelyidentifyopportunities for improvement and innovation within sales support management.
Collaborate with product management on the development of new products and servicesbased on feedback from clients / prospects.
Continuous Education:
Deepen understanding of Acxiom's products,agency offerings,direct marketing strategies, and industry dynamics.
Stay abreast of evolving trends in direct marketing, including key concepts, promotional channels, challenges, and solutions.
Enhance knowledge of the industry landscape, including trends, vertical nuances, and competitive intelligence.
Understand the differences in usage when working with regulated industry clients/ prospects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of managingor processing first andthird partydata, preferably InfoBase.
Knowledge and understanding of the role identity plays in the marketing ecosystem.
Knowledge of theoffline anddigital marketinglandscape and the role identity plays within and acrossplatforms.
Experiencein dataand identitysales support, with a proventrack recordof success.
Understanding ofdirect marketing principles, digital media applications, andindustry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to align individual efforts with broader organizational goals.
Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to complex challenges.
Ability to travelup to 25%
