Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong creative skills, and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
• Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and video posts.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate reports on key metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

Requirements
