The Tour Manager is a dynamic, energetic, and motivating leader to inform and educate consumers on our client’s product and/or services.
Requirements
- Weekly coordination with Marketing Werks, media and onsite event contacts, temp staff, recruiters/volunteers, technology vendors, etc.
- Managing all onsite activities for setup through event activation and teardown
- Ensuring proper storage and maintenance of all event site elements
- Thorough weekly event recaps
- Booking crew hotels and updating online database with hotel information
- Managing premium distribution and reporting weekly inventory
- Training and managing on-site local temp staff
- Setting up and maintaining gaming elements
- Tracking corporate credit card charges and submitting expense reports
- Shipping weekly crew packs
- Serving as the media spokesperson for all in-studio and event interview opportunities
- Collaborating with recruiters and managing execution of media appearances at television and radio stations
