The Event Operations Manager will lead event operations for assigned events from site selection through execution, oversee event logistics, and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of live event operations experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to independently manage large-scale events and vendor relationships
- Strong experience with event budgeting and financial management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and other common event tech platforms
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
