Acentra seeks a Service Support Facilitator to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Service Support Facilitator, you will be the first point of contact for community members in need, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality behavioral health services. In this vital role, you will engage with callers through both telephone and face-to-face interactions, leveraging your clinical interviewing and assessment expertise to gather essential information. This position presents a unique opportunity to facilitate and contribute to ensuring that children receive the utmost quality behavioral health services. Your mission is to identify and recommend the most appropriate level of care, significantly enhancing the well-being of children and families. - Conduct thorough member assessments within specified timelines, ensuring accurate documentation of the process.
- Input assessment data into a web system with precision and timeliness.
- Participate in inter-rater activities to ensure consistency in administering assessment instruments and adhering to protocols.
- Provide training to provider agencies and other stakeholders as needed or assigned.
- Manage special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.

Requirements
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with children receiving mental health services, with a solid understanding of Child Welfare, Behavioral Health, and Medicaid policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related healthcare field.
- Proficient in person-centered planning fundamentals.
- Highly skilled in computer usage, including navigating multiple databases and software applications across various screens.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with adept internet/web navigation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality standards and ensure HIPAA compliance when evaluating all pertinent issues.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $54,000 - $57,200 base salary.
