To succeed in this mission, we, at cyber security department, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Infrastructure Director to join our team and lead our efforts in maintaining a secure and resilient IT environment.

Your mission :

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement the overall SOC and VOC strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Provide expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures for the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident response plans.
• Maintain a constant technological watch to adapt to changes in security threats and technologies.

Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into various IT projects.
• Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders on SOC activities and performance indicators.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
• Implement and manage a robust incident response and recovery plan.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to IT security.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to conduct regular security assessments.

Qualifications

About you:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within a SOC or VOC.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are highly desirable.
• Have a palatability for IaaS/PaaS technologies

Skills :

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of TTPs, network security, encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Proficient in evaluating and implementing security technologies.
