Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup or a similarly demanding, fast-paced environment
- Genuinely hungry: you're not here to do the minimum, you're here to make your mark
- Deeply numerate: you're at home in spreadsheets, comfortable with ambiguity, and can turn data into a clear story
- A natural relationship builder: people trust you quickly and you always follow through
