We are Abdera Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to engineering the future of precision radiotherapeutics. Our mission is to inspire hope and restore life for people living with cancer by developing potential best-in-class therapies. We are purpose-built to attack cancer, leveraging our proprietary Radio Optimized Vector Engineering (ROVEr™) platform to design and develop tunable, precision radiopharmaceuticals.

Our ROVEr™ platform allows us to custom-engineer medicines with optimized pharmacokinetic properties, achieving an ideal balance of tumor uptake and penetration while mitigating systemic toxicities. This enables us to deliver potent radioisotopes, such as alpha- or beta-emitting particles, to selectively destroy tumor cells while sparing healthy tissue. We are currently advancing a pipeline of targeted therapies, including our lead program ABD-147, which targets delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) for the treatment of small cell lung cancer and large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
