Requirements
- Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet or exceed objectives
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation
- Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted customer relationships
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers assigned
- Maintain disease state expertise and share market intelligence information with the in-field team and brand team
- Influences others and is viewed as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers
