This role involves executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, managing assigned territory and targeted accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Requirements
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
- Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation
- Effectively handle objections and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls to action
- Proactively serve customer needs and challenges to build trusted customer relationships
- Develop and execute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates
