As a Specialty Representative, HCV, you will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, build strong customer relationships, and operate within AbbVie’s business code of conduct and policies. You will proactively serve customer needs, handle objections, and close sales calls to achieve win-win agreements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent industry experience, and relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Requirements
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc.
- Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation
- Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, customer expectations and challenges
- Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers assigned and identify, develop and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates
- Proven track record of success in selling and solid presentation skills
