AbbVie is looking for a Senior Field Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will provide customers with information, presentation, and marketing of AbbVie products to general practitioners and medical specialists in hospitals, taking into account § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz. They will also be responsible for implementing the brand strategy in the marketing of their highly innovative product in Gyn-Oncology, conducting market analysis, and identifying opportunities and critical developments.
Requirements
- Completed academic studies in a natural science field, pharmaceutical representative training, or necessary expertise according to §75 Arzneimittelgesetz
- Multiple years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry with verifiable above-average sales performance, preferably in the oncology therapy area, preferably in the Gyn-Oncology area
- Experience in collaboration within the Infield Team and in responsible interdisciplinary project leadership in a matrix organization
- Ability to present complex scientific relationships effectively to target groups and discuss with different customer groups
- High persuasion skills, as well as strong presentation and closing skills with developed communication skills
- High level of motivation and energy to pursue and achieve goals
- Excellent performance management for continuous optimization of goal achievement in sales
- High level of digital competence and proficient use of sales software and MS Office
- Good English language skills
