Requirements
- Manage multiple brands and collaborate with marketing teams and field leaders to drive strategic results.
- Align, design, and implement training programs that support key marketing, sales and business imperatives.
- Oversee the accuracy and timely completion of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ALC Attestations, and Franchise Annual Training Plan (FATP).
- Train AbbVie product representatives to become product-specialized subject matter experts with exceptional competence and credibility.
- Deliver clinical training to physicians in both private and institutional settings as needed.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex clinical cases, coordinating peer-to-peer expertise and ensuring timely, effective responses to customer requests for additional clinical support and guidance.
