9amHealth is seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. The role will involve building, launching, and optimizing email campaigns, developing and managing automated lifecycle journeys, and executing segmentation and personalization strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing
- Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar)
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven decisions
- Comfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and Design
