Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to delivering a seamless, secure, and innovative trading experience. The CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will own user retention, engagement, and reactivation across Freedx’s communication channels.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap
- Full understanding of lifecycle logic including onboarding sequences, activation scoring, and behavior based triggers
- Strong background in segmentation, funnel analysis, and user cohorts
- Demonstrated ability to set up and manage email systems including deliverability, anti spam, and template quality
- Hands on experience with reactivation campaigns and churn analysis
- Knowledge of mobile attribution and event based tracking
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently with ownership over CRM end to end
- Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or high frequency digital products is preferred
