We’re expanding our team and seeking a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI (GenAI) to help shape the next generation of AI-driven innovation. In this role, you’ll develop scalable, cloud-native GenAI solutions that enhance product capabilities and elevate the way customers engage with critical compliance and sustainability data.

What You'll Do
- Design and deploy advanced GenAI models to power smarter reasoning, faster content generation, and real-world decision-making.
- Optimize open-source LLMs through grounding, post-training, and distillation—making AI more accurate, efficient, and purpose-driven
- Build autonomous, agentic AI systems that drive intelligent interactions and automate complex compliance workflows.
- Transform raw data into actionable intelligence through innovative approaches to data condensation, summarization, and de-contextualization
- Architect scalable, serverless AI solutions on AWS
- Engineer scalable, serverless AI solutions using AWS, ensuring performance, security, and global reach.
- Own your projects end to end leading development with independence, initiative, and a focus on real customer value
- Craft effective, precise prompts that deliver consistent, high-value outputs across diverse use cases
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud services and serverless architectures
- Deep knowledge of key GenAI techniques, including model distillation, multi-chain prompting (MCP), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), mixture of experts (MoE), prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF)
- Familiarity with autonomous and agentic AI systems, including their design and practical applications
