Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS
• Proven success leading or scaling BDR/SDR teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong results orientation with a focus on achieving targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong partnerships
• Growth mindset and curiosity with a desire for continuous learning and adaptation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
