1Password is growing faster than ever and we're looking for Business Development Representatives to join our team. The Business Development team partners closely with our sales teams to drive outbound sales efforts in new and existing accounts. As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting, including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching
- Strong sense of curiosity, enabling you to identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers, along with the key decision makers who are affected
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Strong proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach
- Strong organization and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks
