We are looking for you to join our Global Virtual Assembly Line team in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or completely remote (based in Germany). The team is responsible for optimizing our systems along the customer journey. 1KOMMA5° is building Germany's largest one-stop-shop for sale, installation and services related to solar, heat pumps, electricity and charging infrastructure. And they are all connected!

Deine Position

• Supporting the Global Virtual Assembly Line team in the preparation of make or buy decisions for digital solutions across the customer journey

• Collaborating with international stakeholders to understand their needs and identify the best scalable solutions

• Researching software solutions and comparing them based on the derived requirements

• Closely collaborating with product & engineering teams to bring new solutions to life

• Maintaining a comprehensive overview of the existing system landscape in Germany and abroad

• Preparing meetings, slide decks and data analyses (business case, user adoption)

Dein Profil

• You are enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week

• You are studying Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable course of studies

• You are experienced with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides), collaborative tools like Miro and Notion and have preferably already some programming experience

• You are an effective communicator, looking forward to much interaction with team members and stakeholders

• You bring a proactive attitude and don't forget to have fun at work and within your team

• You are interested in familiarizing yourself with various topics and are willing to own your own projects

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
