At DHL Global Forwarding I managed audits, client visits, and led data-entry and operations teams to produce blind count sheets, GRNs, pick sheets and packing lists while ensuring timely system updates and compliance with safety and quality standards. I served as the first responder for safety incidents, conducted site inspections and training, and maintained H&S documentation and reporting.

Earlier I supported operations as an Admin Officer, maintaining dispatch and fixed-asset records and employee files. I bring strong MS Office skills, practical IT familiarity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in logistics, safety, and inventory control.
