At Dar-ul-Madinah International University Press, I manage receiving, storage, stock movement, dispatch, ERP sales invoicing, and customer payment records. I coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams to support timely order fulfilment.

I maintain inventory accuracy through ERP records, stock verification, reconciliation, warehouse documentation, and operational reporting. I also verify invoices before dispatch, resolve inventory discrepancies, and help keep material flow organized during seasonal workloads.

Previously, I managed procurement and vendor coordination at Kassim Textile, supported supply chain operations, and supervised warehouse staff and inventory movement at Dawlance. My earlier sales consulting experience also strengthened my customer relationship management and communication skills.

I'm certified in Supply Chain Management from NED University and use Cirumtech ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to support efficient inventory control and continuous process improvement.
