I handle customer queries and difficult customer interactions while helping customers find suitable hardware and paint products.
Previously, I worked at BUCO Hardware Salt River for over five years in sales, stock taking, and cycle counting. I also developed product knowledge in boards and paint mixing.
I began my work experience as a tiling assistant at SK Tilers Athlone, carrying out general work. I communicate fluently in Afrikaans and English and hold certificates in basic first aid and basic fire fighting.
