Zouhair Elaouad

I’m a Software Engineering student at ENSIAS, specialized in Java/Spring backend development and layered web architectures. I’m motivated by building robust, scalable solutions that work reliably in real-world contexts.

In my Full-Stack Developer first-year internship at Barid Al-Maghrib (Poste Maroc), I built a real-time vehicle fleet geolocation web platform (GeoTrack). I developed an interactive Leaflet.js/OpenStreetMap map updated via a REST API, and I implemented trip history and usage statistics using the Haversine formula.

I also focused strongly on clean architecture and security. I designed a layered architecture (Entity, DAO, Service, DTO, Bean, View) following MVC, implemented the DAO layer manually with JPQL/EntityManager, and secured the app with Spring Security using role-based authentication and data filtering (Admin/Client) plus BCrypt password hashing.

For my final year project, ImmuneGard, I developed a GDPR compliance tool to validate datasets used for training AI models. I implemented detection of re-identification risks and discriminatory bias, built a REST API with FastAPI and data processing with Pandas, and created a React (Tailwind CSS) interface for displaying results—containerized with Docker for consistent deployment.
