I’m an Android Developer turned Technical Support Engineer, with a focus on helping developers integrate successfully with platform APIs and SDKs. I enjoy building user-friendly Android applications using the latest Android SDKs, libraries, and design patterns, and I’m equally energized by solving integration issues that unblock teams.

At YouVersion, I supported developers through authentication, request formatting, and unexpected API responses, and helped a global user base with account access and app troubleshooting. I investigated bugs by reproducing them firsthand and documenting what was happening so engineering could act quickly. I also improved self-service support by creating and refining help documentation based on recurring integration and product issues, reducing repeat inquiries.

Previously, as an Android Developer at Getir, I owned the Android implementation of a home page redesign and made technical decisions that improved performance and delivered a more modern experience. I improved product search and recommendation by optimizing query handling and result presentation, increasing feature usage by 34%. I collaborated with Product and QA to reproduce issues, validate features, and support rollouts through A/B testing.

I’ve also led teams as a Team Lead at Softcom Limited, guiding a cross-functional engineering group to deliver reliable, highly available applications. I bring a practical, engineering-minded approach—strong debugging, clear communication, and mentoring—to every incident, investigation, and rollout.
