Health Information Management professional with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology from Zabol University of Medical Sciences and 3+ years of experience across public hospitals, a private infertility center, and a primary healthcare center.

My experience includes medical records management, documentation completeness review, quality control, electronic health records, healthcare data entry, patient admission and discharge, medical records archiving, duplicate record identification, and medical coding support. I have hands-on experience with HIS, SEPAS, and SIB.
