At Airbnb, I’m evolving the Automation Platform into an LLM application platform for customer support and internal AI products. I led the smart action and model router, routing requests across self-hosted Qwen and OpenAI and Google models with cost and cache awareness.
I also built a replay and evaluation harness for routing changes and the Tool Manager, which exposes existing actions and workflows as LLM tools. Before that, I worked on Airbnb’s booking and conversational workflow platforms, Google Ads ranking and auction pricing backends, and Oracle’s data replication and integration platform.
