At Entropik, I owned manual, UI, and API QA for Decode and Qatalyst, AI-driven research products, across the full SDLC/STLC.
I validated AI copilot outputs, prompt-based responses, emotion detection, behavioral insights, and end-to-end research workflows. I partnered with frontend, backend, data science, and product teams to trace issues to model behavior or application logic and drive resolution.
I build Selenium/Java regression coverage, validate REST and SOAP APIs with Postman, and integrate automated reporting into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines. I also support Agile release sign-off, write clear test documentation, and mentor interns on Postman, Selenium, and Jenkins.
