Zarah Ruth Sabangan

I’m a dedicated Bachelor of Physical Education graduate and an experienced Educator with a proven track record of managing classrooms, aligning lesson plans with the K-12 curriculum, and supporting student development. I bring a strong commitment to learning, professional growth, and quality service as I continuously develop innovative teaching techniques.

In my Teacher role at Holy Angel School of Sarmiento Inc. (June 2023 – May 2024), I designed and implemented engaging Physical Education lesson plans aligned with the K-12 curriculum. I managed classroom environments effectively to promote an inclusive, active, and safe learning space for all students, while maintaining accurate student records, assessments, and progress reports.

Before that, as a Student Teacher (Intern) at First City Providential College (September 2022 – April 2023), I delivered supervised classroom instruction and Physical Education activities across multiple grade levels. I developed lesson plans and instructional materials under mentor supervision, applied effective classroom management techniques, and actively participated in faculty meetings and professional development seminars.

I also strengthened my readiness through a Work Immersion experience at Los Arcos de Hermano (March 2018), assisting administrative staff with filing and data entry while demonstrating punctuality, teamwork, and initiative. I’m currently earning TEFL by Teacher Record (May 2026) and have completed multiple PE-focused trainings and seminars that reinforce my teaching practice and student support mindset.
