What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level teaching position where I can apply my MELCs-aligned Filipino instruction, assessment skills, and classroom management to foster learner engagement and contribute to meaningful educational outcomes.

I’m a Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) graduate, Major in Filipino, with hands-on teaching internship and practice teaching experience in public secondary school instruction. During my internship at Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel, Inc., CSJDM, Bulacan, I delivered standards-based Filipino lessons, designed contextualized lesson plans aligned with MELCs (Most Essential Learning Competencies) and the K–12 curriculum, and used learner-centered strategies to support diverse needs.

I strengthened my practice through interactive teaching strategies, classroom routines, and formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and improve instructional delivery. I also volunteered as a Literacy Support tutor at Simona National High School, Taytay, Rizal, providing individualized and small-group Filipino reading and writing support while developing learner-appropriate materials.
