Currently, I work as a Software Trainer at Thinked, where I deliver live, remote training sessions to U.S.-based clients on the effective use of Raaweek12, an educational management software. I lead client onboarding by showcasing core features and workflows tailored to institutional requirements, ensuring high client satisfaction and platform adoption through timely support and troubleshooting.

My previous experience as a Medical Billing Executive at Ccaresol and my internship at Summit Bank have further honed my skills in client relationship management and effective communication. I am committed to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment, and I look forward to bringing my skills to a dynamic marketing team.
