Zahra Jamshaid

I am a Mechatronics Engineer passionate about building efficient electromechanical solutions that work in the real world. My strengths lie in embedded systems, IoT integration, and renewable energy applications, supported by hands-on design and simulation experience.

During my degree I designed and optimized a gearless wound-field flux switching generator for low-wind-speed rooftop applications, performing static and dynamic analyses and applying genetic optimization to improve performance. I also proposed a decentralized DC microgrid for local generation, storage, and sharing.

I have practical experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Firebase, including independently coding a complete UI and delivering a team project two weeks ahead of schedule. I integrated ESP32 hardware for real-time data monitoring in an IoT plant-monitoring project and used tools such as JMAG, MATLAB, and Keil throughout development.

I bring strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and teamwork from both technical projects and leadership roles as a sports team captain and campus club director. I seek roles where I can apply embedded and renewable-energy expertise to impactful, deployable systems.
