I’m seeking freelance, project-based AI training and evaluation work where I can apply my practical small-business, construction, and trades expertise to assess AI responses, develop realistic scenarios, and provide clear feedback.

As a self-employed contractor and small-business owner, I manage residential projects from customer contact through completion, estimating costs, sourcing materials, setting prices, and evaluating finished work. I draw on more than 20 years of practical construction and carpentry experience to assess whether methods and recommendations make sense in real-world conditions.
